Dennis and Michael did a fantastic job. They were extremely polished and professional. They took ‘that extra step’ and made sure measurements were accurate and orders went smoothly. My groomsmen looked fantastic. The tuxes were perfect and fit well. I should add that this level of service did not come at a premium. I actually found Bill Paul to be just as affordable as the other men’s stores. Pleasant surprise!

This place has great service and the suits looked awesome for our wedding. I have had several issues with tuxedos from large men's fashion stores for other weddings. I would highly recommend Bill Paul Limited because the staff is knowledgeable and will work with you to make sure you get exactly what you want. They even had samples shipped in so we could see the vests and ties before making a final decision. I also left a wedding gift in my pocket and they called to let me know. I appreciate the honesty and the personal touch they provided.

I’ve stood up in many weddings and rented tuxedos from all the nationally known chains stores. My experience was good at first but through the years, service has gone downhill. These days, large men’s stores are hiring younger, cheaper and typically unprofessional people to represent their brand. In my opinion, the lack of experience and poor customer service is unacceptable and not doing them any favors.
