I work for a local assisted living and I take my residents there every Wednesday to shop. The staff is always friendly and helpful- especially Laura, who works as a greeter. She looks forward to our visits every week and has taken the time to get to know the residents and even help them carry their groceries to the bus. Kudos to Laura!
I don't shop at Wal-Mart much anymore, because they have become a big box store that doesn't care about their facility, employees or customers. The bathrooms are always dirty! The self check out is a joke, (you should get a discount for using them) they have all of them open and then only 2 regular checkout lanes open, a week before Christmas was the worst..REALLY?
They do have a helpful grocery section with a good amount of organic and even GF food, decent prices on nearly everything. I'd rather go to Appleton, but it deserves four stars.
Rude management staff that enforces a ridiculous alcohol sales policy. I will try even harder to never shop at Walmart again
Nice Walmart, clean and well tended by friendly staff. The only flaws are a dangerous parking lot (poor flow, poorly controlled, too small) and that it doesn't have quite the quality stock of the Appleton and Grand Chute ones, for instance. I've discovered that they're often short of product in electronics, and they're behind other Walmarts in getting "new" items. Their pharmacy is quite slow. IMO they should make a rule like Shopko where they only allow 3 store items to be checked out with prescriptions. And there is always some mix-up or delay. Even though the staff is great at assisting and sympathizing, this was so irritating I stopped getting rxes here even though my doctor was across the street.
The service and employees are usually really good here. I love the new order online feature for groceries. They even gave me and my kiddo some free merch
