After coughing for a week due to the prescription I was given for high blood pressure, I called for a new one. I was told"I take it and I don't cough. My mom takes it and she doesn't cough. Maybe you have a virus... Maybe strep"I know the difference. Soothe medicine was changed... Most common side effect isAcite infection on throat, nose and sinuses.
True, calling to talk to someone can be a hassle to get through... however, the service and level of care is fantastic. Great teamwork.
Horrible horrible horrible!! Most of the staff was unfriendly. All they want to do is shove pills down your throat. I haven't sat on hold for that long in many years.
