Worst customer service EVER! i bought a $1800 couch and they said it would be paid off a year later, well...thats a big fat lie. U pay double because of interest. I was behind almost a month and they showed up to my house telling me they will take me to court and that im two months behind and they will show up with a sherrif. So, another lie! They also said they have tried contacting me which was ANOTHER LIE. i had just paid save your money and time, this place is a joke. I truly hope it goes out of business! And this is my 2nd time within 5 years of dealing with them. Figured i would give them another chance, but like a bad ex, it should never be given another chance.

When I recently visited this location on dec 9 2016 all the display furniture was dirty. Most of the furniture was badly damaged. One of king size mattress had blood all over the mattress. I noticed bugs inside of the plastic of the mattress, The sales rep didn't seem to concerned about any of the dirty furniture he acted like it was normal. If you want to keep business you should clean your furniture before putting it out on the sales floor. The damage stuff should not be a display at all

I use to work at Get It Now for a couple of years and even though it's been awhile since I've been there, I still remember how things use to get done verses nowadays. The staff (with an exception of a couple of people) are so thin skinned, they obviously can't handle disgruntled customers without making up some dramatic sob story about something that I know I didn't do (major red flag). You have an assistant manager who seems to like to over talk and interrupt people, and the way I gathered it, 'bully' people into agreeing with what / how he sees things (another red flag). Then you seemingly have a store manager who doesn't want to try to remedy anything whatsoever, and would rather part ways as enemies verses trying to resolve anything. I have my own thoughts as to why he may be this way, but I won't drag anymore people into this than what's at the store. He seems to hide behind everyone there, but when put on the spot, the attitude that he gives off is astoundingly salty. It's as if the customer is at fault for them (the store) messing up. At least when the previous manager was there, he tried to help the customer verses what this current 'manager' doesn't do. I write this as a customer who formally worked at Get It Now. I remember how things use to be and write on the experience I encountered. This is only my experience with these people, if anyone else wants to still go there, then so be it. But, you have been warned.
