I've been going to Cassie at the Neenah Salon Aura for years and have always had a wonderful experience. Everyone is helpful and friendly, and the atmosphere is welcoming - not "snooty" like some salons I've been in. I highly recommend Salon Aura in Neenah!
I truly feel the people whom work for salon aura are talented, but my overall experience with pricing has been everything but satisfactory. I was not communicated the prices correctly for my wedding in a month and was charged double what I had anticipated. When talking to the management, they pretty much said they won't do anything about it. I had even brought in an entire wedding party, did extra appointments there to support the salon and planned on becoming a regular future customer because i loved the work- so i am not happy they wont honor what i was told or even do something to make the situation right. Even with the talented individuals, I will never go to salon aura again. Be careful when it comes to discussing prices because they will not honor what they tell you, even if there was a miscommunication.
