Doctors and nurses? Fabulous. Staff members? Great. But communication between Lab and the rest of the clinic is unacceptable.
I went in for swollen eyes, and I didn't even get much out of it. I went early in the morning, the computers were down, so they had to do the old fashion way which was fine since technology likes to act up. The ladies at the front desk was really nice, the nurse was really nice, but once it came to the doctor; I didn't really get a very good vibe off of him and I was right. He wasn't rude or anything, but you can tell right away he was in rush to get rid of you. Don't get me wrong it's an urgent care, but they should at least let you address your concerns as well. All he did was checked was required (ears, nose, and throat) then it came to my eyes; took a good 30 seconds and declared that it was an allergic reaction and told me to get an over the counter eye drop at the pharmacy. Left the room for 10-15 minutes and came back with a picture of the eye drops told me and I quote "The eye drops are really soothing, they should work right away." I was only able to ask one question and before we could even finish our conversation he was half way out the door and had to turn around to finish the conversation. Once he finished talking he walked out the door before I can even get in another question. The doctor didn't even tell me what to do with sooth my eyes from being so swollen. The eye drops don't work, my eyes are still sore, itchy and red; not just that my eyes are still swollen even after I put a hot pack on. I personally will not go back there. I wanna give a better review because all the ladies there were really nice but the fact that the doctor was rushing to get me out of there was just not ok at all.
I go for lab work that never reaches my doctor. Then I have to go back again. By that time, my condition worsens. A UTI turns into a kidney infection (or worse). This has happened more than once. If you can't use your new computer system, go back to handing a paper slip to each other.

The staff is very pleasant and helpful. The only reason I could not post 5 stars was today when I was there I helped a couple get in the clinic. I am glad to help but maybe an attendant would be a great help to your senior patients.
Meanwhile, if you need lab work done, don't go to this clinic. It will get lost or tossed.
