Great company to deal with, especially LLoyd Anderson
We work directly with Lloyd Anderson with Kevin Krokstrom being our regional contact. These guys rock. Lloyd is in here multiple times a week and truly has a pulse on our organization and our uniform/laundered needs. The guys recently implemented multiple laundered options for our facility resulting in both waste stream reduction and cost savings. Keep up the good work.
Dan Kalupa is our representative. He always shows up with a smile on his face. He goes far above and beyond with making sure our business needs are met. He shows us products he feels we may benefit from. He follows up after we have used a new product to see how it's working out. Most of all Dan is a all around good/genuine person that is eager to please and wants his customer kept happy. In these changing times customer service is not always top notch, however with Dan his customer service skills are 2nd to none.
Dan is the man...very friendly and courteous. ITU goes above and beyond to accommodate us.
Our representative, Dan Kalupa, is very professional and personable. He always makes a point of stopping in the office to ask how things are going, and I can always rely on him to make sure that we have the right rugs in the right places so that our building's entrances are safe from slippery surfaces.
