Our company does a lot of LTL shipments around the country. We recently booked a shipment with Old Dominion Freight through U-Ship. This was a refurbished stove shipping to Ohio. When the customer received the unit the front door had been cracked in transit. We went through two weeks of back and forth emails, phone calls and claim submissions only to receive a denial letter from Old Dominion Claims stating there wasn't proof the damage happened in transit. Timeliness was poor, communication was poor, customer service was poor and they don't stand behind their services. We will no longer use Old Dominion for any shipments in the future and we suggest you don't either.
