Over the years, I have always done all my own maintenance on our hot water heating system. I could always walk in to the counter at Keyes and get whatever parts were required without any problems, and always got a smile and a thank you. When the old system went into retirement , Glen and his crew were super fast installing a new unit and straitening out some of the piping, moving zone valves from the rafters down to the front of the boiler, where they are super easy to service. This was done right before Christmas and the house didn't even have a chance to get cold. Needless to say, Keyes is my only choice for any plumbing I need.
