I had ARC do some work on my roof in Columbus, Ohio in 2010. I noticed a water stain on the ceiling so I called the Columbus office - which I found out is now closed, so I called the office in Wisconsin. I spoke with Brian who promised me that he would call a company in Columbus, Ohio to take care of it. Needless to say, a guy from a local company came out, took a look at the roof and showed me the problem. It wasn't the roof, but a cap on a pipe had broke. The local company took care of the cap on the pipe, but it was because of Brian's promise that the work was done and completed is a matter of days. I only wish the company was still here in Ohio so that everyone could experience GREAT customer service.
I have worked with ARC Contracting for three roofing projects now and continue to be impressed by there professional approach and timely communication. Wyatt Fisher has been my contact with the company and he delivers what he says he will and has it done when he said it would be done or ahead of schedule. I hope to keep working with ARC on future projects and would highly recommend their services.
Nate, the salesman, came out to inspect our roof. He was very helpful. We decided to have Arc install a metal roof. We are very happy with the quality and professionalism of this company and we highly recommend using Arc!
Today Eric (Thaldorf) came to our home to assess our roof. He was extremely friendly, helpful, and informative of the work we needed. Both my wife & I were very impressed how approachable and knowledgeable he was. We have given 5 stars to ARC Roofing for the visit & service done by Eric T. In addition an employee (I believe her name was Caitlin) was very friendly, had great communication skills & the follow-up skills. Both Eric & Caitlin made you feel you could trust ARC Roofing.
The customer service and communication needs significant work. From the time we signed our contract the company had 8 weeks to complete our roofing job, however it was nearly 11 weeks before the project was officially started. Shortly after the 8 week point the company had not contacted me about why our roof was not started so I contacted the company. While they did immediately schedule our roof after the conversation the reasoning that I was given about the delay was subpar at best being that it is a very busy time of year. I understand that it is a busy time of year they had 8 weeks to either do the job or at least contact me, neither of which happened. I am certain that the quality of the roof will be fine, but I am not certain that I could recommend the company based on the communication of the company.
