The sales person I was working with told me that the next New Sierra fifth wheel that came in he would put a hold on it.we were going look at it a couple days later which he New. We live a hour and a half away. He calls the day we were to go there and said the camper was sold day after it came in. So I'm saying that sales persons cannot be trusted. If you can't take a person on word what good is he. Far as I'm concerned his word is not worth anything.

Customer service and sales management is bad. They sell you the camper plus the extended warranty but don't stand behind it. Then are very rude and abrupt with you. Would never recommend them to anyone. Wish I could give them a negative star.
Emailed them on a 05 Dutchman 5th wheel, told them I was a buyer at $7900. They call and say it's a really nice rig in great shape and no issues. I went ahead did the financing and had check delivered to me, as I work out of town. Long story short, few issues including, NO power cord, ac etc, but they ran the purchase contract with price of $8995! Ya not happening. Enjoy sitting on yet another camper until spring!!
Helpful and nice staff. Allowed us to look on our own which was nice because we didn't feel pressured or rushed. Pricing was very clear on each unit.
