We had an awesome experience with Fox Cities Appliance! They came quickly after we filed a claim through our home warrenty company, and fixed our dishwasher in a timely manner - even though it was a tough fix. We’re very appreciative for all their work.

I cannot thank Eric and the staff at FC Appliance enough for their help, knowledge, and service! When the old dryer at the Neenah Animal Shelter went out, they were quick to respond! Eric personally spent time with me, helping determine which machine would be best for the shelter's needs. They do a LOT of laundry -- and heavy loads of towels, blankets, and pet toys!

We had such a great experience with Fox Cities Appliance Repair! Had a broken washing machine, and they sent a tech to work on our issue within just one day. He called ahead and was on time for our appointment. His knowledge, friendliness and customer service were so greatly appreciated, his follow-up and thorough attention to detail was better than we could have ever expected. He kept us up-to-speed on what was happening and how long things would take, and kept to his word.
Once we agreed on the right machine, they wasted no time getting it over to the Animal Shelter on Hwy G in Neenah, setting it up, making sure site staff understood its operations, and even took out the old one! He's pretty sure it's going to keep up well with the loads and loads of laundry the animals make, but Eric made sure to make everyone secure, knowing his team is just a phone call away, should a problem arise!
