Eddie's a nice guy, but his latest job for me was very poorly done. It's one thing to make mistakes, but it's another to be dishonest, "play dumb" about things, and not do what is asked. He returned my vehicle to me in a completely unacceptable condition. Don't ever let Eddie "make you a deal." I spent more at a second shop to fix all the things Eddie messed up, than I spent at Eddie's. I will never feel safe driving anything Eddie has touched, ever again. There's something fishy about the way he does business. Stay away. Choose another shop. Edit: They responded to my review and talked about used parts, but let me make it clear here that the problems I experienced had nothing at all to do with whether the parts were new or used. It had everything to do with a terrible installation job, breaking other things and leaving them broken, and then being given two chances to fix all the new issues and make things right, but instead just refusing to help, despite the fact that I was fully willing to give them a chance (after having good experiences in the past) and that I was definitely willing to pay. They've lost my business and from now on I will be using the other shop that fixed this big mess.
Eddie Auto has not only the best prices in the valley but Eddie is literally the most honest mechanic that I have ever dealt with. I got quotes from (3) shops, Eddie was almost 50% better priced. Thank you for another quality repair!
Eddie's Auto Repair is a great business and if I have any future problems with my vehicle, I will take it to Eddie's. This is a business with great values and great customer service. Eddie and Tanya show that they truly care and are very friendly. They did everything they could to fix my vehicle in a timely manner and for a very reasonable price. I would recommend this business to anyone in need of car repairs, you will not be disappointed.
I called about 5 places for quotes and eddies was the best and he could get me in right away. He did new rotors and pads and fixed my rear drums that another shop messed up for no extra cost. All brand new parts were used. I would highly recommend to check here first when you need work done. Only con is that they don't accept American Express.
