Me and my wife just bought a Honda civic 2002 and got it detailed here for 140 for the total inside and out detail service, I am very unhappy with the service. The car was not very dirty when we purchased it except for a little dog hair in the car, we specificly asked and they said it would be gone, its not, the stains on the seat did get better, but the shampoo job on the floors it was done very lightly and could have been better, didn't look like they scrubbed anything including the doors, door jam, center console, these areas all looked the same! Still crumbs of whatever in between the cracks and dust in the airvent! Honestly, I was a manager at a carwash and ran a detail shop and I feel as if I paid 140 for a carwash! The wax job was horrible also as there was still wax on the car and also in the seems of the car! They got wax on the black trimming and if anyone knows, the wax won't come off the trim ever again. Very unsatisfied, do not go here for a detail job, better of going to PDq for a carwash
HONEST auto repair shop! They have the expertise to know what is needed and the honesty to not do unnecessary repairs. They stand behind the work they do. They are our families trusted auto shop. They have done so many different repairs for our cars and always treat you with great customer service. My daughter hit a deer driving back from college and they looked the car over and luckily no damage, all for NO charge. My son had a pump replaced and then a little over a year later it was broke again and they replaced it for NO charge because they stand behind their work. I could go on and on, they are just the BEST!
My air conditioning quit and I couldn't find the issue, this would be an easy way for a less scrupulous shop to cheat money. JJ's told me what they found, what the next step was, and the cost. After they checked the basics, it was the refrigerant's turn, so I was quoted a price for recharge. That didn't do it, so they called to say it had to be electrical and they'd chase it down. Then they called to say they found chafed wires and would fix that. Next call was that I had working air conditioning!
After my vehicle warranty expired, I wanted to find a smaller shop to service my vehicles. Someone at work suggested JJs and I'm glad they did! I have had my vehicles serviced there for a few years now and they do a great job while keeping costs low.
I've had friends and family go here, so when I encountered an issue I could resolve I booked my appointment. It was fixed fast and for an affordable price. They called at each step to explain what was happening, and the cost of the next possible thing wrong.
