My Acura broke down while I was out of state, needing a new radiator. Randy and Justin did everything they could to get me on the road as quickly as possibly, without overcharging and they kept me in the loop/treated me with respect the whole time. Thanks guys!
I was visiting from Indiana when my brakes failed. Forunately I was able to pull safely into Randy's. I was told that they wouldn't be able to look at my vehicle until Wednesday (the day was Monday), I was suprised expecting that a out of stater would be promised what he wanted to hear: "We will get right on it". With some reservations, I letft my 16 year old pickup there on the oft chance that they would actually l look at it Wednesday. To my suprise they called Wednesday afternoon to say my truck was repaired

Randy & his mechanics are very honest & capable & they're labor rate is very competitive too. We've have been having all of our family vehicles fixed by them for years & we are more than satisfied with their work & excellent customer service. I would highly recommend Randy's to everyone.
When I pisked up the truck Wednesday afternoon they showed me in detail what they had done. The final price was hundreds less than I ezpected. They also pointed out two more brake lines that were in danger of failure. They said I may want to get these replaced in Indiana where labor rates are cheaper.
Labor rates be damned! I indend to use Randy's to replace the two brake lines when I again travel to Wisconsin.
